Thank you for shopping with GetHealthy. We're committed to getting your Moringa supplements and wellness products to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that digital products (such as our Moringa Routine E-Book) are available for immediate download after purchase and do not require shipping.

We ship to selected countries across Europe, North America, and beyond. International delivery times and costs vary by destination.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery through our carrier's website.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at contact@gethealthystore.co.uk. We'll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
